En la carta, exigimos una reforma ambiciosa de derechos de autor que \u00abque sostenga y fortalezca los principios fundamentales tales como la limitaci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad de los intermediarios y los derechos de los ciudadanos a la libertad de comunicaci\u00f3n y acceso al conocimiento.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La carta tambi\u00e9n pide una legislaci\u00f3n que ponga fin a la actual fragmentaci\u00f3n de 28 diferentes reg\u00edmenes nacionales de derechos de autor en la UE. Esta fragmentaci\u00f3n causa problemas en el funcionamiento entre fronteras para las empresas e instituciones p\u00fablicas.
